Thodoris and his family have been producing their biodynamic wines since 1999, using their own herbal extracts for the vines and operating in perfect harmony with the natural environment. Proud exponents of viniculture minimalism with true love and respect of their land and nature.

The experience

The experience started the early hours of Sunday morning. We carried water from the nearest well to the tallest part of the vineyard, where Kleomenis and his super heroes cooked with fire an amazing menu of five sharing courses that were accompanied by the four biodynamic wines of Kontogiannis family. Our service team picked the flowers from the nearest field and then our guests arrived.

Fifty people that sat together and knew nothing for each other. As authentic as it gets, with respect to the land we put our foot on. Easy, simple, as a Greek family does on Sundays. And then, the smiles, the laughs and the sounds of happiness. We couldn’t be happier, prouder.
