We will take over the street with our long table and Feyrouz’s blessing and celebrate both past and future in the memory of Antakya. Feyrouz family, Giorgos Gatsos and eylo’s host will be united for a special gathering. The table will also be the pre-starting point of a special event series of ‘Sintetagmenoi’ ; the celebratory week of Feyrouz’s birthday.

Feyrouz
Feyrouz was established in 2014 by a five member family, which created the foundations of the idea for a unique and contemporary street food in the centre of Athens, with an ever-expanding fellowship. ‘Feyrouz’ is the name of the most popular Lebanese singer, a voice which connects the many different tribes of the Middle East. Feyrouz is also the name of the mother and the cook, who is the main advocate of the dream and venture of our cuisine. Feyrouz ‘s multicultural heritage and its deep roots are found in the Balkan food of Konstantinoupoli and the spirituality of the levantine tradition. Today, Feyrouz is designed for the visitors of the centre, providing daily street food from home. Proud and blessed to design this experience with Feyrouz family!
Giorgos Gatsos
Giorgos, who studied theology in Belgrade, worked as a cook alongside monks from Mount Athos and loves traditional Greek cuisine, has been working professionally in catering since the age of 25, cooking in Athens, Thessaloniki and Serbia. He cooks at the open show kitchen of Fabrika tou Efrosinou, in Koukaki. Along with Feyrouz team, will be creating the menu and the story behind the experience.
